Comb Culture is excited to offer delivery and click and collect services to our valued clients both in salon and online. Used up your favourite shampoo or styling product? Maybe you’re heading off on a holiday and need some travel-sized minis. You no longer need to wait for your next appointment to restock your stash. Shipping locations:
We currently only ship to a physical address in Australia.
Orders for delivery outside of Australia are not accepted.
We do not deliver to PO Box or Private Locker addresses. Orders placed using a PO Box or Private Locker will be declined.
Dispatch times:
Our salon operates across a four day week (Tuesday - Friday) and orders will only be processed during business hours.
Orders placed Tuesday to Friday will be dispatched within two business days.
Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched within two business days, as of the next business day.
During salon busy periods, e.g. Dry season and Christmas, please understand orders may take longer to dispatch due to staff capacity. We will always endeavor to have orders dispatched in a timely manner.

Once your order is ready for collection you'll receive notification via email.
Your order will be held at reception at Comb Culture in Fannie Bay for 3 days. Please contact the salon if you're unable to collect within this timeframe.
