SALON ETIQUETTE / CANCELATION POLICY
We value our clients time and we hope you value ours while we try to look after ALL our clients needs.
We require a minimum 24 hours notice for any appointment changes, cancellations and reschedules; less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee of the total booked service. Less than 2 hours notice and NO SHOWs will incur a 100% Fee of the total booked service.
All outstanding Cancellation Fees must be paid prior to making any future bookings.
We send out confirmation txt messages 48 hours prior to appointments, please txt back YES or NO or call if you need to reschedule.
